* Purpose of Job
Responsible for the performance of a department or a team through task guidance, direction setting and motivation of the workforce.

* Key Activities
- Be responsible of all Human Recourse/ Administration/Office Building and CSR in Grundfos Vietnam
- Be responsible for the performance of a dept. or a team through task guidance, direction setting and motivating of the workforce
- Accountable for all HR deliverables in areas of Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Organization Development, Employee & Industrial relations, Policies and Legislations
- Ensure compliance with Group policy and Vietnam labor code
- Be in charge of HR projects under HR regional/group
- Perform other tasks as required from time to time
- Be responsible for office operation in administration
- Be responsible for performance of administration team
- Be responsible for building service and facility to make sure the office operation run smoothly
- Lead and drive the CSR program make sure CSR is for all employees as GF core value

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in relevant field - Business Administration, Law or relevant areas
- At least 7 years relevant experience in handling recruitment and human resource function
- Having a solid track record of delivering and shaping the HR practices
- Having proven track record in performance management
- Experience of change management and comfortable with organizational change
- Knowledge and experience on Vietnam Labour Code and Problem solving
- SAP knowledge is preferable
- Working experiences in international working environment
